Warm ramen close to the office. Service was good. Best vegetarian broth I've had.
Good food great service. I love the Raman here.
After eating ramen and takoyaki, the server automatically added a tip 18% to the bill but 18% of service charge amount was not itemized in the bill, the server left it as blank as if the customer can still tip more but 18% of service charge was already added in the total price. What a shaddy way to rip off teenager customers. The teenager students who had lunch there ($17each ramen & $9 one takoyaki + tax = ($17×2+$9 )×1.1 = $47.3) paid $56. Isn't it customer who decide how much they want to tip also why server decides the tip% and added it in the total amount !!!! Lots of students probably go there on their minimum days or before school break to hang out with friends. Check your bill, don't just pay !!!
Been here more than several times. Today, I visited on a Tuesday at 12:30p and was able to be seated immediately. I always enjoy their fried chicken cartilage and Tantanmen Ramen. The chicken cartilage is super crunchy and not oily. Usually, they serve it with a Japanese aioli type sauce on the side, but not today, however I did not miss it....more unneeded calories! The ramen noodles are nice & chewy, the broth is flavorful, and there are many ingredients making it almost stew-like. Delicious! Oh, and excellent service always!!
I great place for ramen and appetizers. I have been to other Hiroshi locations and this one is good. One of the better restaurants at the Lot
I had chicken salt broth ramen here, and I thought it was better than some of the other ramen places in the bay area. I don;t know why it's below 4 stars. I also really enjoyed their nankotsu? fried cartilage and lotus root chips.
The chashu in my tonkotsu ramen is really great! Not too fatty nor dry. I love the egg too but wish it’s a whole one
