Paradiso 37

Yesterday I was at Paradiso 37 with my family, we traveled from Cincinnati to vacation at Disney and I must say that I was amazed, the food was not that good but the service was great. I must thank our server Juan for making us enjoy this experience at Paradiso 37. He is the type of server you want to get in any restaurant!!

We went to this establishment today. Tortilla chips were stale, gave my vegan friend the wrong burger, didn’t put chicken in my salad, gave wrong drink to my friend. Waiter was nice but restaurant management is horrible. Will not be coming here again.

I with my wife and 2 kids went to the place for brunch and I will place most of the blame on our serve Juan. He was pushing up charging on everything. Brought me the wrong drink twice and to top it off we asked for lemonades and he brought some “special” cups for the kids then charged us $40 for them. Then added himself an 18% tip to the bill. $250 for glorified over crowded chilis.

Average burger. Staff were ok and the venue. Mainly good for atmosphere of Disney springs. Expensive over $50 dollars for a burger, chips and a beer. Expected price for being on Disney premises but food could at least be better

The premise of doing "All of the Americas" is too ambitious for them to do anything well. It's a hodge podge of so so food, with nothing making it a worthwhile trip.

Went to paradiso 37 to have dinner with my family and Claudia helped us! She was amazing and very attentive. 100% recommended if you are looking for Caribbean food!!!

The food, atmosphere, and service are all good. Highly recommend the guacamole it was very good.
