I love Qdoba, but I’ve shown up around 730 and they still haven’t opened up, a couple times now. The employee says they aren’t open yet and can’t give an estimated time. It only takes a couple people to ruin the reputation.
No food available with closing time still over 30 minutes away is ridiculous. Change hours or get staff that wants to do their job while on the clock.
It’s always good food and I want to shout out to Felix he’s very helpful and kind to everyone. I watched a kid tell him he ate all his food and he said good job I’m proud of you little man. I feel like he takes his job to heart and I hope he keeps showing kindness
I walk in to see that there is an unleashed pitbull (no it was not an ESA or support animal of any kind) wandering about the dining area. The owners of the dog actually put their leash and collar down on to the counter next to the register. When the employee slid my burrito to me on that same counter all I could think is "yaaay DOG POOP on my burrito!" Because they didn't wipe the counter down. Cross contamination is a thing and this very situation is why pets are not allowed into restaurants. There was a couple other blatant heath code violations that happened right before my eyes. These employees are poorly trained in food safety. The burrito itself was terrible. No mixing so all ingredients were lumped together, and the wrap job appeared to that employee's first time. Pretty terrible experience all around.
Tried to look at online menu to order- only way to see what’s available/ full menu is to fake order, you can’t see full menu/ingredient options-without doing that, which is poor. Took my time though figured it out, went in and told them my order- they’ve never heard of the bowl I picked out from their website. Just annoying for mid quality food at best. I’ll stick to Taco Bell lolol
