We had a great visit here! The 2 young ladies working, were prompt, polite and helpful! The Smoothie and chocolate bubble waffles we ordered were delicious! I would highly recommend stopping by!

Waiting forever for them to take your order, stood there for 10 minutes and still didn't get waited on, finally left. Update, tried to go again. Called today to make a waffle order ahead of time, because always says sold out on the app. The lady that answered the phone said she could not do that and it only takes 5 minutes lmao, and argued with me for 5 minutes. Does anyone know where you can buy them somewhere else, because I'm done coming here.

Came in at 8:20 PM, they close at 9, and they had already began cleaning/put all the chairs up. We asked for 2 bubble waffles, and they told us that they stop doing bubble waffles at 8. You’re seriously telling me using a waffle iron is that time consuming? If this is actually their policy, it’s a terrible one. It really just came off, though, as the employees trying to get out of helping us. I will say, in their defense, their waffles do take FOREVER sometimes… despite their reassurance that it won’t. Other places aren’t nearly as slow, so it kinda makes you wonder what’s even going on. The bubble waffles are good but the customer service is terrible and the kids they hire are obviously very jaded.
