Loved the store within the restaurant.
I love Cracker Barrel - it reminds me of my grandparents. Unfortunately, the hostess at this one is truly awful. We put our names in through the app and when we arrived, were told that our wait time was going to be the same as everyone else who rolled through the door and just put their names in upon arrival. Sucks and seems odd, but okay. We’re told 30 minutes. We walk around and kill time. 45 minutes later, my husband went to check on where we were at and they told him 30 minutes. He asked what happened and they said they couldn’t really estimate wait times, which seems funny since that’s the job. It was clear they were having some major issues that day, and we get it - we’ve both worked customer service and know it can be super frustrating when things are out of your hands. But what we found to be really upsetting was that there was no apology and the hostess laughed as she told us this, like it was funny that this was happening. A little kindness for how this might affect someone’s day - especially at a place where so many folks are waiting with children or elderly people - would have gone a long way. We ended up having to leave as we couldn’t continue to wait (if they had seated us at the promised time at that point, we would have waited over an hour and a half from when we first checked in). I am super disappointed, as this is the only one remotely near us, and I doubt my husband will be up for giving them another chance in the future.
Great place to gather with friends/ family.
Great people friendly waitresses and respectful managers awesome
It was extremely busy and poorly staffed. We waited for a good 30 minutes before the server had time to get to our table to greet us and then she forgot about us and someone else ended up taking our order.
Waited for over 15 min for pick up. Food was warm. Wheelchair accessibility: Direct entry
Love this place! Too bad there aren't more cracker barrels closer!
