It took so long for someone to take my order inside. Why are there 2 people taking drive-through orders when there were only 2 cars? People standing inside should be priority! When the guy finally took my order, I was interrupted 2x. Also, he got my order wrong! Half-done job! I should've checked my bag before I left. Finally, the fish sandwich was horrible. I should've known ordering from a fast-food place.
I gotta say, this store seems to be mixed with reviews, some people have a great experience while others get the short end of the stick, however I can say this store has changed since they first opened, the staff is much nicer, they joke around with eachother and get their orders done pretty quickly with some exceptions. My visit today(March 23) was pleasant, I had came in when there was a little rush, I decided to go inside and I see a young man maybe 18,19? All alone packing orders,handing them to another young male, asking the cook for certain food(his spanish wasn’t the best but he tried haha) taking front orders and packing those aswell.He was able to take my and my husbands order and give them both to us in what felt like only 2-3 minutes, now that’s customer service! I actually came by later that day with my son and yet again, that young man is still there hours later just by himself(Of course with a cook and drive thru person) He actually remembered me and greeted me with a smile on his face, I thanked him for being so nice and how he’s doing a great job at his work. I had asked for his name and quite honestly I had forgotten , It might have been Rudy or Robert, He was wearing silver earrings .However he did an amazing job taking care of me on both of my visits. This man is doing all of these things and multitasking around the store! I hope to have more experiences like this and I hope that young man gets the recognition he deserves!
