Wingstop

I placed my order at 6:08pm and received an email saying it'll be ready between 28-33minutes. Upon arrival, employees kept mentioning to everyone the wait time will be 1hr to 1.5hrs. I recieved my food past 8pm. That's a total of 2hrs waiting. I asked for two complimentary drinks since I waited so long and was told I've been waiting 1hr. Unless my order isn't considered until 33minutes pass? Two complimentary drinks while waiting longer than everyone who came and left before us wouldn't hurt anyone. Just an unhappy, hungry customer. PLUS, the wings were not fully sauced. As if given the last spoon of sauce left and sent it out.

I order hella door dash if I ordered online I woulda been had my food I was waiting for a ten piece wing a whole hour with people in the car , I feel like they need to at-least make priority the people who standing looking at them I don’t even care how the food taste by the time i got it I wanted to throw it

I ordered online for later time delivery/.Food came a few minutes early but no big deal,, but it was luke warm (I live 2 blocks away).. all my Classic bone in wings were disgusting !! Over cooked and dry like the turkey on the Christmas vacation movie!! I contacted corporate and ask for somebody to contact me ,, CRICKETS. I NEVER give reviews but for it was the worst 50 dollars I ever spent on food. would have given a -5 if I could.

Very slow service, the 3 times I have visited this place, the soda machine never NEVER has ice.

It never fails that they take foreevvveerrr with prepping orders. It's ridiculous!

Horrible service!!!! Order online and never ready on time. I went in today and I placed my order online at 6:21pm selected pick up at 7pm. So I get there and then the TM response was it's going to be a long time for your order to be ready I then asked how long... his response was like 40-50 minutes. I was like whattt??? Then he was like look stand right there and look at all the orders we have!!!!! What kind of response is that??? So unprofessional!!! So rude!!! Never going to that location again!!! To top it off I cancelled my order and they didn't give me a refund due to not having a manager. They said I will get a call within three days and then see if I can get my money back for an order I never took nor they made nor prepared!!! To top it off it’s already been more than two weeks and I still Haven’t received my refund. Very unprofessional just giving me the run around.
