Rebekah was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met! Really went out of her way to make sure we were pleased with our service!

They where close due to short staff

I waited 10:00 a.m. to 10:10 nobody was there what type of restaurant is not even open during hours of operation

Food is horrible, Always out of everything! Waiting is forever. Recently tried the blackened ranch fillet sandwich it was awful. It fell apart, was soggy, not good. I ask if fries were fresh was told yes but no they weren't.

They ended up closing this location temporarily. I can only hope that they're spending the time to fix this location. DO NOT GO HERE!!!: I tried them again because of the $6.99 for 5 bone in deal and when I arrived they were closed. At 5:30pm. They said it was because they were short staffed but I payed online. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Please fix this location. I want some good Popeyes for once.... UPDATE: No one has tried to reach out to me or correct this mistake. I've been a customer coming by at least once every 2 weeks. For 3 months for lunch. But you've lost me now. It's honestly unacceptable. Guys, I have no problem waiting. My problem was that someone thought that sending out a burnt bun was acceptable. Every bite I take just tastes like ash, and it's my first time trying the new Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich. Even the chicken tasted burnt. Take the time to make the order right. Also was missing sporks for the 3 sides I got..

They are very low staff right now. So I am patient with my order & the food is so good. The employees are great too. And I use coupons & I think its great to give a customer extra coupons to keep them coming back. Thank you Albertville Popeyes
