Review of the MoM and Pops Restaurant: During a recent interaction with the MoM and Pops restaurant, I encountered an unacceptable level of customer service that left a lasting negative impression. After calling to cancel an order due to the rude behavior of the young lady, Debbie, on the phone, I was shocked to receive a dismissive response from the manager. The manager's comment that people like me belong at McDonald's was not only disrespectful but also reflected a lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when voicing a legitimate complaint about the service received. The manager's justification of the staff's behavior as "having fun" was dismissive and failed to address the issue at hand. Verbal abuse or disrespectful behavior should never be tolerated in a customer service setting, regardless of the circumstances. This experience has resulted in the loss of my patronage, as I have no desire to support a business that condones such behavior from its employees and management. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and professionalism in a supposedly independent restaurant, as it reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. In light of this incident, I can understand why the workers may exhibit rude behavior if the manager sets such a poor example. It is crucial for management to lead by example and uphold standards of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this MoM and Pops restaurant failed to meet those expectations, resulting in a lost customer and a tarnished reputation in my eyes.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo and no I do not expect an overload of chicken but the tiny boneless chicken they grilled on top was a freaking joke!! I had a pan full of over cooked noodles, $4 extra for 5 pieces of broccoli and 3.9%charge when I use my card... NEVER again...

Listen I don’t know who owns this restaurant but there needs to be multiple locations open throughout the State. The food here is incredible! Always fresh, accurate, and seasoned to perfection! Do NOT get rid of your chefs because they are amazing. Please add the blackened salmon as a permanent menu item!!!

Very good pizza, good location, fast service. Never had a complaint since I've started ordering from here!

Food and staff are wonderful.

Someone brought me an Italian sub sandwich it was deliciously refreshing.

New experience for the taste buds sometimes is not just about the food but the flavor and this joint has both.
