Smoothie King

The app was down and charged me twice. I came to store to get it rectified 2 times and the staff is unable to help me. There needs to be more customer service at this location. They could have just offered to make the smoothies, instead they made me give my information and wait for a call back. Customers should be priority and workers need to trained to handle theses situations. It's not like this is a high cost item. Just make the smoothies and keep the customers happy.

Placed an online order for a smoothie at 12pm I pull up to the store and its several people waiting outside saying they are not open yet the worker apparently locked the door because he is the only one working and he seems to be fixing the machines idk have been waiting in the car for over 15 minutes this is ridiculous if I didn’t already place the online order I would of left do better

The app and google said they were open and they were closed. I usually pre-order my smoothies so I already paid for them but I could not get them since no one was in the store.

Very rude an disrespectful management!!

No one really answers the phone when I call. I used to work there and I stopped in March of 2023, can the owner please contact me about a W2 as I’ve moved and trying to change the address. Really don’t wanna drive 3 hours just for that.

I do not recommend. I did a pre order on the app and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes before it was ready. The young lady did me or any one else that came in the store. She was also working alone. I’ve been a few times and more times than not only one person is working. It’s not fair to customers or employees…..Smoothie King please do better.

I went today a little before 8:30 pm, two girls told me they were closing early. i had to drive to the Smoothie King at Hardscrabble. i think if the stores closes at 9 pm. You should be serve till that time. Thanks!

New Manager is Great and get customers in and out... but them kids there. Please learn to make orders as they come... no way three people who order after me should be leaving out before me...
