I consider myself a very fair and honest reviewer so I will tell it like it is. Fortunately my husband decided not to pay $13 for valet and we walked 5 minutes to get to and from the car because we didn't stay all that long. The room is quite nice with high ceilings and a lively vibe, unfortunately we were seated right beside the kitchen entrance so we had a stream of staff flying by constantly. That was not the main issue, our waiter was not knowledgeable, friendly or pleasant. My husband ordered a pizza app and we ordered pasta for the main. It took 30 minutes for a 90sec pizza to show up. He enjoyed it,however the pasta was...Yuck, there is actually too much to say about this but I will tell you that they were not eaten and returned. A return to this restaurant is unlikely.
We just had a delicious dinner here, but we'll never come back. Why? Their valet behaved as rudely as I have ever experienced. When we arrived, we paid the attendant and he told us to simply park the car in the lot and keep our keys. When we finished dinner and went to the lot, another valet on duty scolded us for keeping our keys, telling us that we "messed up the lot". When I told her that we were simply following her colleague's directions, she accused me of drinking (I don't), and proceeded to escalate the matter. And then, when I went back in to alert the front desk about the issue, the hostess kindly listened to this completely ridiculous story, then offered to give me the valet company's information so I could complain to them. No. Mozza, you've employed this company to serve your customers. It's your problem if they're chasing away business. As for the valet: Don't want to deal with my car in your lot? Good for you, you'll never have to again!
We loved it! Focaccia de recco and caprese salad were perfect appetizers. Octopus was also good. Then we had pizzas, which were good, but paled in comparison two the rest of the meal. Dessert was a high note - that amazing vanilla gelato.
delicious food and service
Possibly the best pizza in the world. The cauliflower fritti is great, too. People who don't like cauliflower like it!
