Pizza Pie Co

Pizza pie is an amazing place to eat, the food is outstanding, alone with the customer service .

1/26/2024 6:15 pm- Inform your employees that every person that enters your establishments don't always speaks spanish and don't mistake the customer for an immigrant just because the color of their skin. Today I didn't look like a "William" to them, so they questioned me if I paid for the pizza. The thing is that you must pay before they place your order which I did and had a receipt. So when I went to pick it up and gave my name as the other white lady did before me. I was questioned about my name and if I had paid for the pizza. I was totally disrespected, as an employee thought I was an immigrant and I didn't understand english, translating if I had paid in spanish. Not till I went to retrieve the receipt from the vehicle and ask for the manager did they apologized. No other customers were asked to verify their names nor provide a receipt, except for me. The bad thing is that my family do like their pizza and we have been going every other week since they opened to get two large pizzas. The manager is a great guy and has always treated me, as a Retired Veteran, with respect. Don't know what happened today with his employees.

Really nice staff. Enjoyed my pizza. I'll come again.

I've eaten here a few times and their food is pretty good but their new online system is abysmal. Page times out after ordering, doesn't allow you to use saved cards, doesn't allow you to see your order history to know if an order actually went through, doesn't save your address, and this was all noticed with a single interaction with their website. Not sure why they trashed their older system for this new garbage. Ultimately I tried to complete my order twice and it didn't go through so I guess they won't be getting my business.

We ordered, we got this delivered. Pizza with NO cheese, NO sauce, and everything felt right off. Awful

First time in, staff wonderful. Had double pep with jalapeños. Stop in, great food.
