Worst food I’ve had in a long time.
Parking: Plenty of free parking and handicap parking.
My husband and I placed an online order for pickup, well within the online posted hours of business. My card was charged and the order was confirmed. We arrived to pickup the order within 10 minutes of placing it and the restaurant is closed. Open sign is on, but the doors are locked and the posted hours on the door are different than online. Posting this here because the phone number doesn't work, so I can't even get a hold of someone for a refund. 1. Update your hours online 2. Turn off online ordering when outside of operating hours 3. Update the phone number Guess I'll be fighting the charge with my bank.
I ordered a chicken sandwich. This was ordered—given your default menu options—to be on a brioche bun, with honey mustard and fries. Essentially what was your basic item on the menu with the substitution of honey mustard rather than mayo. When I picked up my order, the staff informed me that they didn’t have honey mustard, so I asked for mayo. What I received was an over-fried, dried-out chicken fritter wedged between two dry toasted slices of white bread, without pickles, and a handful of lukewarm fries. This abomination cost $15 with tip. The chicken was essentially jerky, and the breading was an over-peppered flour-based jawbreaker. The restaurant didn’t even have the basic ingredients to make the sandwich on the menu, and used incredibly inferior substitutes. The staff was friendly, so that makes up for some of the issues, but honestly, if I can’t get what I order—something super-simple and on your menu—why should I patronage your place?
See picture attached. Marissa (apparently "the manager") informed me that I would need to wait 15 minutes as there were no clean tables available. Obviously, she is not interested at all in serving the patrons to the restaurant and NEEDS to be replaced promptly! Corporate will be contacted Update... As you can see, a generic response to this situation has been received. Ironically, Huddle House Corporate has yet to respond at all! This clearly shows the utter lack of interest in feedback and/or bettering of their customer's experience within their locations. It is no wonder that the manager of this restaurant was hired, as she definitely appears to fit very well into the whole organizations total lack of any form of interest in customer service or any remote sign of appreciation to their patrons. As mentioned before, I will NEVER set foot into this (and now) ANY other of this mismanaged organization's establishlishments. Rant is over. Take your business elsewhere.
It is our first time eating here, my children really liked the food and we also enjoyed excellent service from Jesse who was our waiter, thank you Jesse

This place has really been upgraded! The whole experience was amazing and the food outstanding! It was an absolute pleasure dining here and we will most definitely be back very soon! Marissa has done an amazing job reinventing this location, job well done!!!
