The worst Pf Changs on the planet. Food took 40 minutes - told it was not up to quality standards first time - it was cold and the wrong order. Walk past do not stop - so many choices. If I ran the company I would spend more time in this restaurant.

Love me some PF Chang’s but this location definitely made me lose the taste for them for a while. The service was beyond slow and the food was disgusting to the point my 4 kids wouldn’t even eat it. The Lo Mein noodles were cold and were stuck together the rice tasted old and the seasonal fruit was a half orange cut into thin slices. I had a new waitress so she wasn’t too knowledgeable of the prices and up charges for certain dishes but she honestly wasn’t too bad. Overall experience was horrible at this location and I definitely won’t be back.

I brought my husband here with our family to celebrate his birthday. We had a party of 9. The restaurant was only half full when we arrived. Our server was pleasant, but slow. There was a screaming child we had to deal with a few tables over. It took almost an hour for us to get drinks and appetizers. When the food finally arrived, every dish was poor quality (orange chicken, sesame chicken, pad Thai had overcooked noodles, the bowl of "fried" rice had large clumps of white rice in it, and their famous lettuce wraps seemed to have barbecue sauce in the meat instead of the usual nice seasoning... everything was terrible!) We asked to see a manager and it took her over 30 minutes to come to our table to address our concerns about the amount of time it took to receive our food and drinks and the quality of the food. She apologized for the delayed service and shared that they recently changed their recipes. This was the worst birthday dinner ever!! I'm so disappointed and will never come back here again. Do not come here if you want a good/special/enjoyable, experience!

Two months ago this place was great. Not sure what happened, but right now it's a dumpster fire.

Went out for date night. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and our waiter John made the evening very good.

Our server was excellent. She was attentive, got our order exactly right, and kept the drinks full! We were thrilled with our service. Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free

A couple months ago me and my friend came to this location to enjoy ourselves after a long week so we sat at the bar. We only came to have a few drinks because we already had eaten somewhere else. The bartender was a nice young lady I believe she was of spanish decent. She may have gotten a little busy because it was close to closing time, and forgot about us wanting our tab. We were waiting for a very long time to receive our checks. When we decided to just leave, the male manager proceeded to shout at us in front of other guests to try to embarass us although we waited over 30 minutes for our bill. He then proceeded to threaten to call the police on us when we never had a problem with paying in the first place. I was terrified that this grown man was yelling, pointing, and shouting in my face. We were embarrassed and humiliated and we will NEVER go to ANY P.F. Changs due to this experience. P.S. this all occured due to the bartender not being present for a long period of time.
