Atmosphere, food and staff were excellent! Highly recommend.

There was a little wait as expected with a restaurant this nice and busy. The owner was very helpful getting us a reservation for here that has been booked out for months! For the wait they gave us 2 free appetizers. The food was absolutely amazing! It was a great Mother’s Day! The staff was very nice and we had no problems! Great for brunch! Edit: We went again for Valentine’s Day and they had nothing to eat. They had no kids menu, no specialties, and it was a limited Valentines Day Menu with 10 DOLLARS for yeast rolls. It wasn’t good for Valentine’s Day so that lowered my review from a 5 to a 4.

Haven is always a delight! It’s my “go to” weekend brunch spot. Dependably good food and service!

The Roasted Green Circle Farms Chicken and the gumbo were really good. The chicken had a bit of a good char, which I like, but was still juicy. The Hay Stack which is really shoestring fries piled Instagram high were good as well, but we enjoyed the mushrooms appetizer more. We don't get past West of Boulevard often, especially to Brookhaven Village, but we wanted to try something different. Glad we did. There were several people around the bar and many seemed to know others as they walked in so it's, to me, more of a neighborhood bar with a really nice restaurant and the volume was a little loud for our taste. Service was top notch and the cocktails were superbly made.

Great spot for a casual, relaxed date night! The manager was super great and checked on us and other patrons regularly to ensure that everyone was having a good time. Our server was nice but definitely inexperienced. She missed the mark on several things including waiting too long after our meals were served to ask if we were actually enjoying our meals or if we needed anything. She also never once refilled our waters though she saw our glasses empty on several occasions. For a nice restaurant, clients should never sit for prolonged periods with no water. The food was overall good though my salmon tasted fishy (the result of not being seasoned enough nor balanced with something citrusy like lemon to balance out the taste) and my twice baked potatoes was ice cold, twice. Management hinted that they may be experiencing issues with their ovens but still overall disappointing. The crab cake was delicious and the desserts were quite good. Overall though we experienced some issues during our meal, management response was excellent and our concerns were addressed as best as they could so I’d still recommend this establishment.

Update: Jan 2024. Had Sunday brunch...Dresden Salad w side of Salmon. Absolutely perfect! Best salmon around. Will, our server, was fantastic, as was Gordon who gave us special attention making us feel at home and appreciated. Valet parking was easy and professional. Warm patio! Only thing missing was getting to say hi to Michael! Great food, service, and atmosphere!
