Perfect Pizza

Went to perfect pizza rancho Bernardo for the first time last week because they advertise a large cheese pizza for $8.99. Unfortunately there is a reason it is so cheap. The cheese pizza was undersauced and bland and the dough was very spongey and off-putting, similar to a few grocery stores frozen pizzas I've had... The gluten free supreme pizza we ordered was much tastier, but when I arrived to pick it up, they realized they had forgot to put it in the oven so I had to sit and wait another 10 minutes. We'll probably stick with Marcos pizza in the future

That store is tiny. They have 5 chairs and that’s it. They didn’t have the any medium chicken parmesan pizza left and the pizza tasted worse than ever. I used to order at perfect pizza a lot but this was just really bad. I had a bad stomachache after eating few slices.

I will never be back due to an employee who kept charging me for toppings that never were done right Second two weeks ago complained to the owner . Third time I called an order today tried they deliberately failed to answer phone went to voice mail. I called the owner in Escondido his second store . He said no problem. I called to order same young lady started yelling at me for no reason. My guess he wanted to check on them . I personally feel she doesn't like me due to my race. So I politely stated will take my business elsewhere. I was not looking to get free pizza. I do feel he does not care about this. Anyway remember we keep you in business. Let's

Great value and delicious. I’m not sure why anyone would buy a pepperoni pizza anywhere else. Really good customer service. You can tell that this is a great small business owner who cares about their customers. Editing this review to mention a recent occurrence where an ingredient got left off a pizza. Without even making a fuss, I left with the pizza in hand. Two minutes later, I got a call asking if I could come back to pick up the corrected pizza. These guys care about their customers.
