The Sourdough Burger was excellent...very satisfying. This restaurant always prepares really good food, it's a winner

The young girl at the drive-thru should not be representing your brand or working customer service. I went to the drive-thru to get some food around 9:30 p.m. Her attitude was awful and she didn't make eye contact with me the entire time I was waiting at the drive-thru window. She didn't even open the window to take my payment or greet me. I was just sitting in my car waiting at the window until my food was ready. It's almost like she didn't want to deal with me. Bad night I guess. What's worse is that she saw me a couple of times and she thought it was a better idea to clean the windows and lean against the counter instead of taking my payment and at least greeting me. If that's the kind of people that Carl's Jr likes to hire then I'd rather go to Jack In The Box or In-N-Out where they at least greet you and treat you with respect.

I don't think I've ever left a drive thru angry before. My last visit to this restaurant was different. Everything from ordering to receiving my order was terrible. Let me preface by saying I have managed restaurants for over 20 years and I have never been treated so rudely. The young lady at the drive thru window was so disrespectful and blatantly dismissive that it was insulting. When I pulled up to the window, she wouldn't even look at me. She had a dower look and gave me my total. After handing my receipt she continued to hand me my kids meals and other items without saying a single word or looking at me. When I asked if that was everything she looked behind her and said loudly, "HAVE A NICE DAY, SIR!" and slammed the window in my face. Now I know there is probably something underlying here and it's not me she's pissed at but why ON EARTH would you have this young lady front and center as the face of your restaurant unless you DONT CARE or you are actively trying to sabotage your restaurant? I will NEVER return here. The food is overpriced and under delivers anyway and if you don't have decent customer service then... What's the point? AVOID. 0/10

I order an guacamole burger was to nasty to wet,like 1/3 spoon of guacamole and meet to bad never stop again on this place.

Good food, but horrible service, guess the one that handles walk in customer was on break. The drive thru guy was stressing. Also the soda machine drinks tasted bad cutting back on the syrup? And were out of fried zucchini.
