Papa Johns Pizza

First time there. I was very pleased.

Manager is very ignorant wrong pizza was delivered and refuses to bring what was order told me F U call your bank to get a refund

Called to place an order and the man who answered was very rud I asked for if any specials where in place he quickly responded with an attitude wouldn’t allow me to ask any questions I will not recommend anyone to this store or order myself from this store people just don’t want to work anymore

They are so rude and the Store Manager JOSE doesn't care about the customers. We placed an order and it was taking longer than the estimated time of 40 mins. We called to cancel the delivery and just pick up the order, we were told the driver was leaving the store with our food. That took an additional 35 minutes. The food arrived COLD! I called the Store and requested a refund. We will be reporting it to corporate. Drive a few minutes out and just go to the next papa johns store. We Don't recommend this store.
