This specific chipotle location never gets anything right. Every time I mobile order for delivery, they either get my order entirely wrong, leave out items, or my bowls are half empty. On top of that the location always smells really bad as if they don’t take the time to clean the place. Do yourself a favor and go to a better chipotle location because this one isn’t it
This location is probably the worst in the area. The staff is not friendly, they’re just a bunch of kids with attitudes, almost like they’re bothered to be there serving the community. I ordered twice in the last 2 days, totaling about $75… When I went in on 2/2 at about 930pm to pick up my online order, they were out of a lot of the toppings. So my order wasn’t ready. Why isn’t there enough food to last all the way until the store closes? You guys close at 11pm on weekends and running out by 9pm? Either you guys need to adjust the portion sizes or you guys need to make more to last all the way to closing. Because a lot of the consumers coming in at that time are coming out of the gym, like myself, and want a good hearty and healthy meal.. So I re-ordered today for lunch… If they gave me an entire handful of salad, that was a lot. So they overdue it and run out early on some days and then skimp on the online delivery orders the next? Let’s go back around to your staff… These kids are super dumb disrespectful and entitled! If they get something wrong and are asked to correct it, get ready for the attitude. You have a line of customers, people waiting to pick up online orders and DoorDash orders and they’re just super unprepared. This location needs to get better.
Soy amante de chiplote pero este no me gustó el lugar estaba muy sucio la música muy alta, otra cosa en general en todos los chipotles hace falta conectores para cargar los teléfonos
I had a mobile order to be picked up at 7:20p. Arrived at 7:30p and their employees advised my order wasn’t ready. I didn’t mind waiting for my food to be prepared. The cashier offered me a water cup. Took a selfie all happy n hungry. But 10 mins later and they dropped the ball on prioritizing my mobile pick order. At 7:45pm I asked about my order number they said someone took it. How is this possible? I asked for a refund at 8p because I’m still in the restaurant waiting. I got a little aggravated because I’m going to head to work hungry. It’s very disappointing when you wanted a specific dinner.
Normally chipotle does it right but this location constantly smells horrible, food is always caked onto the outside bottom of your bags so you get it on your hands and car when it’s a to go order. Staff does not seem to follow cleanliness standards. Saw an employee make get his gloves dirty and just whipped the with a paper towel and instead of throwing in the trash he pushed the trash down with the same gloves on and went back to touching and making food. Do not feel comfortable eating here anymore.
Horrible customer service, I don’t need anyone treating me with an attitude for asking for food. In a polite way, I had to leave and not purchase anything.
