Papa Johns Pizza

Thank you guys for making my order correct. All side items were there. Food was hot and delicious and my Dr.Pepper was cold. Thanks again

Long wait. Cold pizza. Wrong toppings. Incompetent “managers.” Ridiculous amount of time spent getting to a “manager” that can refund money. The “manager” put the phone down waiting for us to hang up (25 minutes & counting). We can hear them refunding other customers for messing up deliveries. Looks like I’m going the chargeback route. Never, ever again.

The manager Sean is extremely disrespectful. Has no customer service skills and should not have a job in the service industry. I ordered a two pizzas and only one arrived. And the one that did come was stale and ice cold.

They don’t deserve a star!!! Ordered pic at 740. It’s 10:05 and nothing! I hope they all get fired. Update: I was able to reach them finally around 11 pm. Some woman named Shaundra answered the phone and said the reason they are 4 hours late is because they were “too busy” I used to work for papa John’s and we been very busy… it only takes 10 minutes to make a pizza and deliver it 3 miles is maybe 15 mins in Atlanta in the evening. She was not only very rude but also seemed like she had a very bad attitude. She was inviting me to com visit her at the papa John’s. Seems like she doesn’t care about her job and the staff is most likely on drugs. I went by this location and they had a lot of people soliciting outside doing drugs. Corporate needs to really get involved.

To the owner of Papa John’s restaurant y’all been in business too long to be serving this very very low qualify of nasty food. Garlic Parmesan and buffalo and bbq and lemon pepper boneless wings garbage .The boneless wings is frozen garbage the bread was still wet. I could have got a bag of frozen boneless wings out the grocery store that my grandkids would have liked. My grandkids said Grandma this is nasty. I couldn't take it back because they had closed. I throw all the food away not trying to make my grandkids sick from uncooked garage food. Honestly this store don’t deserve no ⭐️ especially the food. I am very surprised they still in business selling food.

Pizza was not good and took forever. Just go to a different papa John’s

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I came in wanting to place an order today. No employee acknowledged that I walked in. It was only me and another guy in the store at the time. I waited patiently to be helped. As I continued to wait another lady came in behind me. The cashier finally came to the register and asked what I wanted and then asked the lady behind me what she wanted. She then processed the lady’s order behind me and never processed my order, the cashier just walked away from the register. She then processed the man’s order who was beside me and then leaves the register, never acknowledging or assisting me in placing my order. She huffed and puffed and complained about being at work and taking orders. She had no customer service whatsoever and acted as if I wasn’t even in the store. After 15- 20 min of no service, I left the store. At the very least the only thing I would do at this store is pick up my order. This store doesn’t want to interact with people and that’s very clear. Highly upset about the service. I will never return here again which is sad because this is the closest store location to me. I’d rather drive out of my way than deal with ignorant, rude, and unprofessional staff.

This store needs to shut down the management is beyond unprofessional I ordered a delivery never received it and the manager want to have a attitude because they took my money
