Don’t even waste your time. You will get better service at McDonald’s down the street. Every time I come to this location the wait is super long and the attitudes suck!

Check your order like it's a Burger King. I previously gave this location 5 stars. However, tonight we were told to pull forward and wait in a spot that partially blocked traffic. So, when we got our order we immediately pulled off. Got home and we were missing all 3 brownies we ordered. Went into the app- app says call store. Tried multiple times to call the store. Lady says we have to have our receipt and all of our food. Kids are food while I was trying to call. So, now I'm out like $8 because this chick fil a is the only one that messes up orders and doesn't fix it..

I walk in to pick up my food. I step over to the pickup area (mobile order) as I have done dozens of times at this location. I finally notice that someone is talking to me, and it's someone wearing a Chic-Fil-A shirt. She's asking if I have a pickup order. Apparently, she asked a few times because she then remarks that "You could open your mouth and talk". Confused, I tell the workers behind the counter my name so I can get my food. I'm on my way to work, and it's 20 minutes before this location closes for the night. The attitude that this woman got because I didn't answer her question was not only unnecessary and unprofessional, but it was unwarranted, given that I didn't stop at a register to order. I then asked the person in the striped shirt (team lead) if that other woman was a manager or something. I was told she was a director, and this director then asks me if I have a problem. I walk in, get asked a question that I don't hear right away, receive unnecessary attitude from this director, have this situation escalated when approached a second time (do you have a problem?), and finally get my food and it's not exactly correct. This is ridiculous.

Drive thru took atleast one hour ..My chick tenders were warm over cooked

What more is there to say: Chick-fil-a is always good. It’s consistently good for the price.

My experience was very unpleasant I have never experienced the kind of service that I received on that day.I didn't even get to place an order and whomever the lady was that was supposed to take my order walked right pass me and she wasn't focused on taking orders she was having conversations with another co worker so when I got to the window and told them that no one took my order they refused to take my order and asked me to drive back around to start over after sitting in line for at least ten minutes I was pissed but I tried to get in line and the same lady who was supposed to take my order in the first place told me that I had to go all the way back and start over because the cars were in front of me I explained to her that I had already been in line and she and her co worker walked pass me and didn't take my order she debated with me saying no we wouldn't do that I explained to her what I saw and heard them conversating about and she said I did say that but still won't take my order I was so pissed I drove off and went to another restaurant miles away in Hapeville I know times have changed and good customer service is hard to find every where but this issue could have been easily resolved if only she had been focused on her responsibility

Will never go here again , 25 min in the car lane and had to go inside to wait 15 more to even order. Try to order extra ranch and was told that I could not get it ….it’s only 2 per meals …. Never again !!!!!
