Ordering online is supposed to be convenient, right? What's the purpose giving a pickup time? Arrived @ pickup time and order wasn't ready for another 25minutes. Unsatisfactory. The line moveduch faster as I saw 3 sets of new people backed up to the door, get thru their order faster than my online pickup order. SMH. Thanks for offering a free drink while I waited. Sucks they ran out of ice. Seriously? DO BETTER
