Panda Express

Bad attention from. The cashier, the glasses where they serve the soft drink, were full of grease on the outside. As I told her that she would change it for me, she got angry and did not want to find me a clean glass. She preferred to take the soft drink out of the order.

I want to express my immense gratitude to Bernice, the manager at Panda Express. Recently, I placed an order on Uber Eats, but mistakenly selected a location that was 25 minutes away from my home, instead of the one that was just 5 minutes away. I contacted Panda Express and requested them to cancel my order as Uber Eats was charging a hefty cancellation fee of $45 but they did not have that level of access. However, all I wanted was to get the warm food delivered to my kids. Bernice assured me not to worry and said that she would ensure my order was ready when the delivery person arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery person brought the wrong order. I immediately informed him, and he promised to return and exchange the orders, but he never showed up. When I contacted Uber Eats, they informed me that my order had already been delivered, and there was nothing they could do. I was left with no option but to go and pick up the order myself. However, I decided to give Panda Express another call and explain the situation to them. Bernice, the manager, answered the phone and was extremely helpful and kind. She told me not to worry and that she would pack my order herself and deliver it to me personally. I was so touched by her kindness, and even though it was a rainy day, she drove all the way to deliver my order without expecting any tip. I am so grateful for Bernice's efforts and hard work in ensuring customer satisfaction. She truly deserves a raise for going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. Thank you so much, Bernice!

Food was really good, especially the orange chicken. The staff were very friendly. I would return!

It was a terrible experience, the service girls were really irresponsible, they didn't even answer when I asked a question, it's really disappointing.
