Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

I was at the bar and two ladies walked in saying they were celebrating one of their 30th bday. They ordered food and one drink and then I watched as the bartender (Emily) and another woman (dark curly hair) kick the two ladies out claiming they were intoxicated. The two ladies were perfectly to fine and enjoying their night. I was so disappointed in the terrible customer service that old Chicago provided. I don’t think I will be going back.

Great food great service great atmosphere, who could ask for anything?

I was here tonight in the bar, and noticed two women being extremely intoxicated, and not respecting people around them. I come to a restaurant for a good drink and food, which I got, but sadly that was spoiled by bad attitude. Thankful for Emily and her manager (I don’t know her name, just that she handled it well) for making them leave and cutting them off. Didn’t understand why they had to bring politics into anything, seriously grow up and learn how to drink.

Don't come here. The food is excellent, BUT the service is not. I've come here three times, and this is definitely the last time. The first two times were for dining in. The waitress took very long bringing our orders, she overcharged us like $20 more than our actual total, and I am talking about both times. This last time I made an order to go, they just gave me my drinks and never told me my food is coming, after 40 minutes they told me they gave my order to another person and I will have to wait 20 more minutes!!! I decided to get my refund, the store manager gave me her card to get a free family meal next time, she was polite and apologized. I am here again, to get the food I never got because my refund would take three days and again my order is not ready for more than 40 minutes, I received my order and the worst thing is that I got one of my orders wrong, and I was not going to wait for someone to appear again. I am really tired. The guy who is working at the front door doesn't even know his job. A waaaay better Old Chicago is by Ilif and Buckley, go there you may get a better service. Very unprofessional staff.

Food was good. Service was very slow. 20 minutes from seating to take drink orders. Another 20 to get the drinks. 30 to get appetizers and 65 to get one pizza. We were there 2 hours. Like I said, the food was great. Service is slow. And they weren't packed. There are lots of open tables and no waiting. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was great with our grandchild when she was ordering. Kudos.
