Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

I was able to get a gluten-free cauliflower crust on a build my own pizza. It was delicious. The service was wonderful. The music could have been a bit quieter, but nice. All in all, it was a good experience.

Pretty good beer selection, and pizza is made well. Nice spot for a quick lunch.

Took way too long to get food. Was only 2 people inside. 11am. Food was great service was not.

Always order the Meat Me pizza and side salad! Great food

The food has potential but not when it’s missing the main part of the pizza or when the cheese looks and feels like a pigs skin because it’s not melted at all. The service is 50/50 half are great people and the other half are school shooters this was our 2nd time going here and had the same problem the first time. Sucks because the food has potential

I totally understand it's a holiday, and the staff I interacted with were friendly. Being in the service/retail industry myself in a managerial role, I definitely sympathize with the workers. Being in my position, I listen to all feedback so I can understand the issue at my work so that I know if I need to correct something. My wife had placed an order for takeout like an hour in advance but long enough so that it would be ready to go when I got there on my way home from work. When I arrived, i gave my name, and the hostess was really nice and informed me that if it wasn't in the warmer, it wasn't ready and that she would check on it. I waited 15-20mins past my pick-up time being informed by the MOD that it was just about ready 10 mins into me waiting, at about the 20ish min mark finally have my order ready to go. It was pretty cold like it had been sitting out for a long time, not something that had just come out of the oven.

I ordered door dash and received burnt and cold food....I was very disappointed and have my serve safe manager and know that food was cold and out of temp range and glad i threw away
