O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My mother cannot read google well and chose this place since it had great reviews. Uh...it doesn't and she is no longer allowed to choose ANYWHERE we eat. While our service was really quite lovely, it was obvious the server was pretty new because she didn't know a lot about the menu. She did her best, though! The food was decent, but the fried chicken had zero crunch, and that's what they boasted about was their chicken! Meh. My veggies were quite tasty, but that's what salt does. Nothing special. I think we were one of two tables in the place for the entire hour we were there and it's a pretty good sized place! Would not return.

Waitress was very nice service was fast. The potato soup wasnt as good as i was expecting. Rolls on point as always. And when you sign up on their website you get a free appetizer!

Oct 24 BAD SERVICE, TOUGH RIBS, CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE. WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN

Very clean. Very good server. Very good steaks. Could have cut my filet with a fork.

Clean, great host, server was sweet and proficient, checked in for refills timely, very friendly. Cajun chicken pasta was outstanding!!! Parking: Plenty of parking, but it was Monday night. Weekends tend to be busier, and parking gets crowded. Speaks volumes for the restaurant.

65$ for 1 meal & every single thing in the order was messed up & it WILL happen to you if you order from them 100% sure it's been going on for years now & they will get mad if you say something about it
