Red Lobster

Not busy, But took awhile to get a server. Food as always great. Now they need alot Bigger" crab legs for the money. Artic Crabs!!

Went on a Monday so we could have a quick dinner for 3. Well much to our surprise right after we ordered 2 big parties and a conference came in. After that we go what I would swear was the last 3 Biscuits and our drinks, the food took a bit. It was so busy and they did not have the staff. It looked like they planned for the conference room but not the floor, I saw the manager walking around but he never had anything in his hands, checking to make sure the conference people were happy because he was not walking around to make sure the dining room was happy. My father had all you can eat shrimp and it took forever, which led me to belive the kitchen was staffed properly either. Our waitress was so busy it was kinda hard to get her attention, but she was doing the best she could and super nice. Maybe we will try a Tuesday next time. Food was good, what you would expect. So I am not blaming her at all she was being run all over and was trying her best.

The lady doing the to go orders was a little rude and it made the atmosphere unpleasant

Service was very slow. Took two hours for lunch because we wouldn't see our waitress for 20-30 minutes at a time....and it wasn't busy. Won't be returning to this location.

The food and service for us were great, but you couldn't escape the feeling that something was off. The place was empty for a Saturday night, and others around us were struggling to get service at times because the place seemed short staffed. Could be because Rivergate is not as popular as it used to be, and everything is shutting down or moving.

We always enjoy our food when we're there we also always ask for the waiter name Dill

The restaurant appeared seriously understaffed. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. The waiter was scrambling around to service everyone and he was not penalized but service was just too slow. The food was good but I do have one gripe. The shrimp linguine with Alfredo arrived with the tails on the shrimp. I hate digging through a thick sauce to pull tails off! The two of us spent over 80 dollars and will probably not go back.

Wish I could've put no star cause the customer service is horrible! We stood by the hostess's stand for 15 mins before what appeared to be the manager and the server who walked passed and look in my face 3 times came to seat us without an apology ‍♀️ then when I made mention the server smt and walked off
