Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very ghetto. Chipotle is great but this LOCATION SUCKS. ALWAYS DIRTY, ALWAYS OUT OF CHIPS, FAJITA VEGETABLES, STEAK, QUESO. how the hell are you chipotle but runout of food? THE MANAGER IS DOING A HORRIBLE JOB.

this is the worst chipotle in the city of Nashville. I have given this place multiple to change my mind. However, each time I’ve been able to conclude a completely different complaint. Produce is never ready, counters where food is being stored is dirty. The workers have the most disgusting attitude and the customer service is very poor. my most recent visit I ended up sick. If you want chipotle that bad there is one in Hendersonville which much better quality food And service.

Find better employees or shut the whole place down. I’ve been to countless Chipotles in my lifetime and this is miles worse than any I’ve ever been to in multiple occasions. White gentleman, little over 6 feet tall, probably around his 40s, peppered hair, lanky - I go through the line and ask for a bowl. As I get to the toppings section, all of the veggie sides / containers are empty. I asked him if he had any in the back and he says no. I look over his shoulder and the to-go section has the same veggie sides, filled to the brim. Keep in mind this is on non-busy hours. But then I ask for more chicken and he was quick to rudely say “THAT’LL BE EXTRA” - OK dude. Food is good but the service and inconsistencies ruin the entire experience.

My worst ever chipotle experience! it was not my 1st time to eat chipotle so i really know what to expect! but i was really dissappointed of this location, from the service, with the tall white guy who is very intimidating, that has an attitude of being racist , and the serving size was so little and the music blasting in our ears i could barely hear my friend who was right next to me. Also I had 7 chucks of chicken and my sister had her bowl filled half way. Please read your comments and make some room for improvment! With all being said by far my worst Chipotle exprience ever.

I got home to eat my burrito it had hair in it disappointed ☹️ I think they need to wear hair nets really,an men need to wear beard guards,an on the other hand she didn't wrap it to good money wasted that was my last stop.

I eat chipotle almost daily, been to 20+ locations and i have to say this is the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Food always taste days old and the workers seem like they would rather go hop into a fire than make your burrito.

Beyond rude, intimidating and very ghetto atmosphere. Bad attitudes! Food is almost always wrong or they forget something. How is the management letting this go on for so long ..literally since the day they open over a year ago! Never ever a happy, pleasant or good experience when you go here. The woman who came to the window literally was eating a handful of chips and was like what you want? When I was still sitting there because she forgot my drink and sides. Not something you would you expect from a somewhat elevated restaurant..more like McDonald’s in the hood.
