Noodles and Company

I'm really not sure why I keep going back to this location. Each and every time I order online for pickup, something is either missing or not what I ordered. My most recent order was a Pad Thai with extra noodles. Received a regular Pad Thai with a tiny side of spaghetti noodles. Why? The receipt attached to the bag had nothing on it that looks anything like the word spaghetti! Other times they are out of the rice crispy dessert but instead of saying something, they just put a cookie in to substitute. If I wanted a cookie, I would order a cookie!!! This time, lesson learned... Until the next time ‍

Food was cold, poor quality and dry.

Food is excellent but pricey. I like that they have small & regular portions. Good for me & the kids. But they need to have an extra large portion. My husband was still hungry after getting the regular size.

Nothing wrong. Nothing to ride home about.

I like their steaks stroganoff it is cooked very good wish they would have new sauce for it

$14 for a Caesar salad with wilyed lettuce and a few croutons. If it wasn't delivered, I'd throw it back at them.

ZERO STARS. Very dirty store. Rude cashier. Came in at 7:15. Ordered one bowl of pasta. Cashier tried to charge me for extra chicken when I didn’t ask for that. Waited 20 minutes with a virtually empty restaurant for my food. While I was waiting I noticed how dirty the store was. Looking closer the kitchen was even dirtier. Sloppy employees spilling half cooked food all over the floor. So grossed out I asked for a refund. Assistant manager Zoe didn’t even bother to apologize for her rude staff and slow service time. Go anywhere else or be sad
