So the food is great and the service is good. The thing that got me was a 2% living wage charge for the kitchen staff. Like, shouldn't kitchen staff wages be part of the price on the menu. And the charge isn't on there if you pay through the app. I stopped my payment through the app to make sure the kitchen gets that 2%. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but your prices should reflect your operating costs. If you can't afford your kitchen staff at the prices listed, raise prices. I would gladly pay the premium. But this way of doing it is dishonest. And I don't like a deception like this cause while it may not seem to harm anyone, you lied about your price, what else are you deceiving me on. I wish I had been ignorant of the charge. The meal was excellent and the staff was friendly and informative. But I won't be back, and that makes me sad.
