It was a very very nice experience. My family went over there for karaoke as are happy New Year celebration. We couldn't find any karaoke place that is kid friendly and with children for disabilities. This place was awesome. Although, I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger, little more working mics, or decorated more. It was still a nice experience and had a great time. 8 out of 10 recommendation if you have any family just wanna have a good time.

A great private room karaoke spot with a fun atmosphere and good prices. Drinks and food service are quick and affordable. Go sing your heart out with your friends!

This place is extremely expensive - the YouTube kept buffering interrupting our karaoke time - the rooms were really ghetto. And it was extremely hot !

Mediocre song selection, but the rooms are very nice and I get to watch pretty kpop stars dance in the background while I sing and I will pay top dollar for that any day! Edit: They have added the option to use YouTube to select songs so now the music selection is unlimited! Best karaoke spot in town!

This was my first karaoke experience, and it was a blast. Everyone here is friendly and helpful and will cheer you on, which helped calm my nerves and get me on the stage. Haha. The food is also enjoyable. We spent half our time in the main karaoke area and then tried the private room, which is $25 per hour. You can get drinks and food here as well. The food is good! I plan on coming back for sure. Update: The pricing has gone up to $31.50 per hour. It also appears the main karaoke area is gone and only the private rooms are available. I still love to go here although it's usually just two of us so the price change makes it pretty expensive and now a rare treat instead of a regular thing. For a group, it is definitely doable and a great time!

I recently went to muse to celebrate on of my friends special day as I had gone here multiple times with my friends before. Everytime we come here we always have an amazing time but have noticed the workers are always pretty passive aggressive & kinda rude. I have never said anything because again my friends & I always have a great time besides the customer service but I like previously said had recently gone to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When my friend ordered a drink (amaretto sour) we noticed that it was CLEAR very watered down & to which we then went up to the bar to speak to someone about it. A male with long hair & beanie is who I spoke to. He was incredibly rude & offended that we returned the drink mind you it had been 5 min since they brought it to us, he accused us of waiting to long so of course it had been watered down which I then explained that it had been no longer than 5 min. he then said to me to “& sorry for being blunt but maybe you just don’t like it & want a free drink” I explained to him that all I wanted was for the drink to be remade or if we could get a new one & ofc pay for it. We didn’t want a free drink all we wanted was for our drink to be made correctly. He said that he had been bartending there for years & that he was the only bartender & there was nothing that could be done. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had this day & will no longer be back especially after being treated the way we were.

Visited Colorado with family and spent an evening at Muse. Great fun at reasonable prices. Management was friendly and responsive. Will definitely visit again. Awesome memories!
