Moe's Southwest Grill

Will never return to this location again! I came here last Sunday 1/28/24 to grab some queso and chips. The line was extremely long so I didn't mind. The first person asked me what I was having? I told them a bowl of queso and chips.They told me that they will get it for you at the end. So as I'm going through the line and getting closer to the register still No queso! One employee which was close to the end with nothing in their hand just looked at me and grin and spoke to the next customer after me. I got to end after seeing everyone being served and helped and waited patiently in the line, and was asked again when I got to the register, what I was having thinking ok I'm at the end but where is my queso? I paid but still no queso! I was told by the cashier that I will have to wait and they will bring it out to me personally? HUH, wait, I'm confused, I waited in this long line just like all the other customers and I still don't my order and now you're telling me that I have to wait again? Now what kind of sense does this make? The cashier saw that I was a lil pissed and irritated and said I'm sorry we're extremely busy! SMH .. I thought to myself the cashier wasn't too busy to get the queso for the customer before me as they added it on at the last minute but you made their's right away! NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service from this location! Please inform your employees that every customer should receive the same service whether it be something small or big!

I’m not sure who these little wannabe swoll kids that work the line and the fat dude just talking in front of my face when they should be making my order. And then giving me attitude while finishing my order, this shift was at 7:49 PM on Monday, 5 February. Horrible service! All these cool kids do is talk about girls when they should be working. This establishment should be embarrassed that they have kids like this working in there. Not a good look.

Have not ate at miss for about 6 year, but back then everything was fresh good and proportioned correctly. I ordered 2 tofu salads for pickup .the containers were only 1/3 to 1/2 full. The tofu was super soggy. Did not finish my mail.

They wanted to charge an extra $3.50 to add just a few more pieces of chicken on my nachos. The lady who took my order only put one scoop of chicken, which would be fair to ask for more. I’ve always asked for another scoop, if necessary, and I was always given it with no problem or charge. An extra $3.50 for some more chicken is ridiculous.

12/14/23 Made previous review 3 years ago and haven't been back since....I figured they would have learned how to clean by now. I was also told they got renovations about a year ago, however, the renovations look like a half way renovation and a cheap attempt compared to the other locations nearby (such as Hiram and Kennesaw). It definitely seems to be an owner issue that needs to visit the store way more often and be involved. New photos show old chicken piled on the grill, nasty salsa bar, and both trash cans stacked high with garbage. Not sure what happened at this location. It use to be kept clean...not any more. The counter where the food is prepared was nasty, the booths were nasty and the place needs to be updated. Maybe there's a new manager or owner or just teenager workers that really don't care, but if this is what Moe's accepts as their new standard, that's really unfortunate.

Amazing staff. On a busy Moe’s Monday they were thoughtful and in a jolly mood! The food overall at Moe’s just hasn’t been that good to me but nothing against this location at all!

The food is very good, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Im freaking disgusted. I ordered a bowl and the guy put less than a full spoon of meat in it. I felt like I was only eating rice, beans, and lettuce. I haven't been here in awhile but they have definitely down scaled. I payed $30 for a burrito and a bowl and water. I literally had scraps of chicken in my bowl. I would have came out better going to the Mexican restaurant down the street. They put stickers all over your bowl so they can upcharge you for everything. Very unprofessional! I didn't get my money's worth. Will not be returning. Hopefully Chipotle can do better than this smh.
