Ordered a large order for the employees at my store for valentines day. Jean and Brycen were fast and very helpful. Great customer service great experience

20 minute for carry out? Try 55 minutes. Manager cursing in every sentence stating an employee better get there a#s to work. I ordered Deluxe pizza and it had no mushrooms I ordered a family salad and got a tiny single serve salad and the dressing was hot. I ordered garlic sauce and I didn’t get any. I sat there for 45 minutes and they knew I was there and they put my pizza on the rack and never told me. Get home and pizza is cold and barely any veggies or meat on it. Cut into weird shapes but really not cut at all. Never ever will I go back! Adding this as my family was sick all night after eating. Food services will be contacted!

UPDATE: still no resolution from Marcos! This Marcos should be closed down until some serious training is done. We ordered a pizza for delivery and got the wrong pizza. Not just missing toppings, but completely wrong pizza. I called, they said they would remake it. My husband decided to just pick it up this time. He drove up there and they handed him THE WRONG PIZZA AGAIN. He had already come home. Third times a charm, so he went up there AGAIN to pick up a pizza for it to finally be correct. The store told me they would be adding credits to our account for a pizza and points online. Tonight I called to order because there were no points/credit added to the account. Emmanuel told me “this isn’t my store so I don’t know anything about that” I asked him if he was sure he couldn’t honor what the store had told me, and he said no. We will never order from this Marcos again. Absolutely horrible and zero care from management for a resolution.

We received great service from Skyla! She was very friendly and made my wife day with the smile and amazing personality. We noticed she treat ever customer that came through the door the same way. Our pizza was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Marcos she is definitely a keeper.

I have visited this location multiple times, and every time I have, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Today, I wasn't feeling too well, and the woman in the front, Jean, I believe her name tag said, was lovely and always goes above and beyond. In today's atmosphere, customer service is rare, and she is always a pleasure to encounter.
