Mix'D Up Burgers ( East Lake)

First time here came on my lunch break, waited for 10 mins to order my drink server never helped me. Definitely not a lunch spot if the wait time for a drink is 10 mins how long does the food take? Went across the street walked into la Fonda drink order was taken immediately and placed my food order within a min. Was eager to try burgers might go another time after work and will update review

The waitress displayed a rude attitude, neglected to apologize for the delay, and failed to engage with us after serving our drinks. We decided to do takeout instead. When I approached her, she intentionally avoided me, indicating awareness of her behavior. Despite being understanding, her lack of attention to other customers' needs affected her potential tip. She was very loud, and we didn't perceive her well. Overall, the poor customer service experience leaves me hesitant to recommend this establishment, highlighting potential issues with hiring practices.

Tae had amazing customer service, and I loved her personality and looking at her amazing makeup. She was so friendly and excited about the burgers. She even took the initiative to tell us what her favorite style of burger and French fries were. I love it when a waitress is informative like that. Jess the director of operations at the restaurant was super sweet and their customer service was 10/10. I will come back because of the food BUT MORE SO because of the customer service. Best burgers in town!! I loved the PILE burger.

Ate food from here twice. First experience was great, which led me to come back. My second visit, I ordered the same burger. It was super salty. I'm not sure what happened. Consistency is key, so I doubt I will return to this location.

I got the smash burger with Italian fries. The burger came out hot and juicy. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The staff was very attentive to my needs. And they have one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in Atlanta and the smell was wonderful. I have never been in the bathroom this clean in a long time..!!! Would recommend any and everyone to come and eat hang out and enjoy the ambience. The owner is one of the coolest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in my life. Keep up the great work.
