I’ve eaten at well over 1000 Italian restaurants in my 50+ years of travel… never had a “thimble” used as my glass for red wine…. Lasagna is good…. A bit too much cheese for but… food is decent

I got languini and clams 3 shells 3 clams so they took it back to put more clams in it still very little they over power it with Lemon , No bread no salad with dinner My first impression was very poor My waitress she was excellent really nice if there saving food like that I will not be back I've been in the pizza and restaurant business for over 17 years im from nyc ozone park. I've never ever seen pizzeria not serve salad or bread with dinner and I'm Italian on top of it all , but pizza smell really gd .I live in Edgewater fl I'm not from around here .

The food was great but as far as customer service, the lady who took my order which i believe goes by the name of Shannon was extremely rude. She has no customer service ethic. was super rude and made my visit unpleasant. won’t visit again.

Before I tell you a truthful experience just know I realize it’s a just a pizza place… You decide if you think I’m right or wrong… To begin instead of pizza I thought why not try a 15$ item they had lunch and dinner so I first ordered a lunch chicken parm the waiter who clearly isn’t really concerned with his appearance says dinner menu only …. So I said ok but noticed 90 percent of the menu which are hero’s, pizza and appetizers I thought so you can’t order a 15$ lunch item but you can order a 9.99 calzone?? So I thought oh well I’ll just order.. So I actually waited for a smaller table as I didn’t want to take up a 6 top for one person so as I sat down I was scolded the table wasn’t ready yet so I also left that go since there clueless that I was trying to be courteous not to take a big table for one person.. I ALSO OBSERVED THE WAITER USE A DIRTY WRAG USE SOME SOFA WATER FROM THE SODA MACHINE TO WET THE WRAG I REALIZE PERHAPS SINCE TH IS IS JUST A PIZZA PLACE USING BLEACH /or something to sanitize the tables with would be used but over and over as I sat there you simply just kept using the soda water to clean the tables… When I first sat down I noticed food on the floor it was a pepperoni and another white towel that every single one of there staff walked past and refused to pick it up…So for 30$” 24$ plus tip” I would say the food quality and service are definitely not up to par at that price point I could have dined anywhere… when you see a disgusting looking waiter, who obviously doesn’t either comb his hair or keep himself clean or his clothes clean how could you possibly think the restaurant cares of keeping the restaurant clean?… It’s just a pizza place for me anymore I’ll be sure to share this with anyone that asks me how the food and service is…. The place looks like it’s on auto pilot no captain, no manager just a big takeout operation of the phone always ringing there is probably literally five tables inside the whole place Noticing some people just had slices of pizza, I can understand why the gentleman was overwhelmed with such an undertaking of taking care of that many people serving them one slice of pizza… zero stars food, service, and food quality as I got sick in the middle of the night…. I would love to just walk in and look at their kitchen at that time and see how the rest of the place is being kept… last I checked a little bleach in a container with warm water was the acceptable cleaning procedure so when you added it all up $30 for a waiter who never asked me how my food was…. But I did see him asking others. How were they doing?…. By looking at the food on the floor, the dirty rag next to it, and a gentleman using the same rag, using the sanitizing element as soda water. It’s no wonder I got sick….. because if the front of the house is not disgusting, I can only imagine what the back of the house is….. so you can order An 8,9 dollar item but can’t spent 14$ on a chickparm … I totally uunderstand that this place has really hit rock bottom… I should have just got a slice sat down and ate it… I really did like being scolded it one sitting at a smaller table and two understanding why I couldn’t spend $15 when clearly I could’ve spent just four dollars…. Kind of forcing me to spend money if you want something besides pizza…. I live in the neighborhood and have lived in Florida for 40 years…. The restaurant over at European Village is much better, obviously with no management no one making sure cleans. This is part of the routine and then hire a waiter who’s overwhelmed with four tables. Most of them little piddly items is a sure recipe for this type of review… The glass of wine I had was served in like a three or 4 ounce glass… I mean, I know being in the restaurant business getting a giant bottle of a no-name wine and selling it is really hard to make a profit… ‍♂️…. Disgusting food …. Definitely warrants a call to the health department…!!

2nd time cold food waited for ever for my ravioli so then my pizza was cold people seem to like it .. anyway I hate calling and complaining but 38 dollars later both dishes cold what a waste

He can't go wrong with this authentic New York pizza! There's a variety of dishes that are on their menu that are outstanding! They're definitely the place to go to in our area! Parking: It is handicap accessible
