Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was old, cold, and wrong. No honey, no pies but weren't told until the order was paid for and it was replaced with and old strawberry biscuit that wasn't eaten.

Waited for 20 minutes at the drive-through before I got to the microphone and once I got to the microphone, I was told she’d be with me in a few minutes then five minutes later somebody from the kitchen comes out & puts a sign on the drive-through microphone saying the microphones not working, and that I’d have to come inside to order…I told him I’d already been waiting 20 minutes And was greeted with the oh well sorry not sorry you need to go inside type of attitude… What is wrong with this location? It seems like they’ve only got maybe two people working here at all times it’s always a nightmare… Food is good but their shortstaffed or the staff doesn’t care. I don’t know what the problem is… Please get it together

Husband has been begging for Popeyes for a week, I finally give in. It’s been a year since the last time we gave them a chance and they didn’t change a damn thing. Still don’t give the full order and why I have to listen to employee drama in the drive thru speaker and get told to hold on while they gossip is BESIDE ME. Will not return.

I was door dashing and had to wait well over an hour for an order. While waiting I was the only customer and I could see all the employees were just texting… I know it’s fast food but it was ridicules the amount of laziness… I’m still waiting for my order while writing this… also this is a really small order like what is happening

They need to shut this place down long wait times door is closed to get in lobby daytime hours terrible staff worse for 3rd party deliveries.
