The new 19.99 deal is pretty good. 2 Medium 1-topping pizzas with Parmesan bites and cinnamon twists and a 2 liter of soda.
Ordered online, drove 4mi. Pizza was ready and it good and hot. It tasted really good. The employee was really courteous and friendly.
They were backed up for pick up so I canceled otherwise try the Brooklyn style so good

Today is 10/29/23. I placed an order at 2:30 p.m. online. It said it would be approximately 39-49 minutes for delivery. On the order tracker it had said that the order was being prepped at 2:40, then again at 3:30. At 4:00 when I called, the guy that answered the phone told me it was out for delivery and that was a lie. I saw the order tracker update to that it was now being prepped at 4:10. Then out for delivery and delivered to my house at 4:40. 2 hours and ten minutes after ordering and the pizza was wrong! I received a medium half cheese half pepperoni, when I ordered a double pepperoni with banana peppers and the extra hearty marinara sauce because I can't even eat their pizza with their regular sauce. I called and a woman answered the phone. I expressed my unsatisfaction, especially with the fact that I was lied to. The "lady" offered to refund my money but when I asked if I was going to get sent the correct pizza she said no because I was rude to her and hung up on me. Now they have blocked my number. This is THEFT and I will not stop until corporate finds out how unprofessional this "lady" is. I did not cuss at her and if she thinks that because a customer is upset that their order took 2 hours and 10 minutes when it was supposed to be 49 minutes, was lied to about it being on the way, and then the order was completely wrong, then she needs to get out of customer service because a customer has every right to be angry. If anything I am a pushover but I'm not going to let this slide.
We just received our order and the driver was very polite. There was a mistake with our order. When I called and stated the issue, the driver who answered was kind enough to ask, "How can I help?" They were able to make an accommodation to fix our order. We appreciate the kindness. Thank you.
Ordered five pies and this was the best looking one. Terrible pizza job :/
