I have been to this place twice now and both times we have had the same issues. The first time I got food poisoning and vomited all night, the second time my friend got nauseous at the table and vomited all night after they gave him his food with the wrong sauce. In our experience management refuses to make any accommodations when it comes to reservations; they decline to add a chair to a table for an extra person even when there is clearly room.
Came here with my nephews and the host was blatantly rude towards us (we're Black, not sure what the host is). Thankfully, our waitress was very friendly and nice so that cancelled out the rude male host. The food and drinks were amazing. 4 stars for sure
absolutely divine homemade pasta, sauce made to order, and service! 10/10 from top to bottom! try the peachy keen and the garlic bread with ANY pasta
Went on a Thursday night. Service was great. Atmosphere was mixed (lights were being dimmed up and down constantly, music volume was briefly turned up at full blast to the surprise of the entire restaurant, and it was quite busy, so it was very loud overall). Most of the dishes we had were under-seasoned. The Calamari were crispy, but lacked flavor and the Burrata was bland (lack of salt for both). The Arancini was tasty, but could have used more texture. The Amatriciana was supposed to have pancetta in it (ours did not, at least not visibly), and whatever amount of spice it was supposed to have was non-existent. The cocktails we had were fine, as was the wine. Overall, an ok experience, but nothing to rave about.
Gorgeous spot. Great food, best ravioli I’ve ever had.
