Modern ramen shop with a noodle lab boasting high-end bowls of slurpy goodness. The broth is layered in silky umami flavors. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Price point is a bit steep but that's to be expected.
Far from traditonal ramen but the depth of flavor was fantastic. $40 for a bowl is a bit absurd but the house made noodles and everything that came with it made it worth it. I'd be happy to eat here again.
Patrons beware!! Since receiving their status, they now charge $40-70+ for a bowl of ramen. I walked in and walked right out. It may be good or great, but I could never justify that price especially with evidence of the ramen being half the price just 3 years ago. Unfortunately it seems the sentiment is well understood among most patrons because the place was empty. I wish them the best.
Please try this place. So bomb. I got their signature #1. It was a magical experience ✨️
Went in, sat down, ordered a ramen and a glass of ice water. The bill came out to $60 after tax and tip for a bowl of soup and an ice water. The ramen was delicious for sure, but $60? Come on, that’s obnoxious.
It’s a unique take on ramen, good depth of flavor, great noodles, but for me the truffle dominates and the richness of the soup is too buttery. Like it for something new, but I prefer a more traditional take. I like truffle and I have had a dozen bowls in Tokyo. I was expecting the price, but at the end of the night it felt too steep.
He visitado varios ramen en Los Ángeles y sin duda este ha sido uno de los mejores, todo lo que pedimos estuvo muy rico
