If I could rate a 0 I would. It says they close at 8, yet they close over an hour early every time. This management is HORRIBLE! If you have low expectations for this place, make them even lower. This place should be shut down.

You better show up 30 mins before closing hours because that’s when they actually close… the hours on the door don’t matter and they don’t care Vegetarian options: You do know milk is not vegan right ? Dietary restrictions: Milk is not vegan so stop it

I recently visited Menchies in Buckhead and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the floor and counters left much to be desired, and the ice cream handles were sticky. When assembling my cup, I noticed old and bad blueberries mixed in, along with some strawberries that had gone bad. I approached an employee, and she was very sweet and directed me to the trash when I asked to dispose of the spoiled strawberry. Despite her kindness, I left feeling dissatisfied with the options overall. The coconut flavor looked particularly old, so I refrained from trying anything else. While my daughter usually loves this ice cream place, our visit today was far from enjoyable. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the quality of their offerings.

The cleanliness of the restaurant has got to be addressed! The Menchies yogurt brand is to good to be represented like this. I've been to this location a couple of times ,and it's always not clean.

I love this place! I come here all the time after my cheer practices and my brother loves coming here with all this friendships. The girls always say I’m pretty and really compliment me every time I come in. The place is always pretty clean when I come in here, especially for being a self-serve place.

This place is such a family friendly place. I love coming here and it’s just so yummy. Lot of the reviews say this place is dirty, but it’s a self serve place so it’s not always going to be clean. The people working here is always sweet and try their best. It looks like they are overworked, but they always take time to be nice to me.

This place is gross!! So dirty, staff has friends here and they are sitting on the counters - so unsanitary!! Just a mess
