McDonald's

Normalmente voy a este mcdonalds porque a mi niño le gusta mucho. Pero desde hace unos dias decidí no regresar. Pase con mi esposo por ventanilla y pidió una cajita feliz(la cual siempre compramos) inmediatamente la revise porque pido la hamburguesa especial y me percate que la caja de las papitas traía no más de 5 papitas y mi esposo le pregunto al cajero porque le había puesto esa cantidad lo cual muy déspota el cajero contesto que solo era una onza por esa cajita pero pues 5 papas no son 5 onzas... pensamos en hacer una queja pero el recibo ni me lo entrego. Definitivamente no regreso a este lugar por la poca amabilidad del cajero.

Always great to run by (weekly) when I get my usual craving for the "#1 combo with a coke". Even though I think their food is really good, it's actually been proven (research it) that their coke is better than other fast food/restaurant establishments because of the way they order it from Coca-cola. Believe me, I drink coke everyday out of a can or bottle, it really is extra special. Even my husband will drive through just to get a coke!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, only to find out they gave me bacon egg and cheese. You’re getting paid 20$ an hour to mess up my 12$ order. Completely unacceptable. Might as well spend the extra capital and buy some automated devices for better customer experience.( shouldn’t have to check something so simple.)

Just stop to pick up food for friends Parking: 10 to 15 spaces with two handicap parking spaces in the front entrance go around to the other side and other maybe 15 spaces to park Plenty...

Can only order online with app. Not with mcdonalds website.

The food was okay and fresh. Service was excellent. Some creepy customer was watching me order and staring at me the entire time I was inside the restaurant.

Subsequently, upon contacting the establishment, I was informed that in the absence of a refund mechanism within the mobile application, the only recourse for reimbursement necessitates a visit to the Balboa Avenue location, which poses a considerable inconvenience due to its distance from my current location. This predicament raises pertinent concerns regarding McDonald's reliance on and promotion of its mobile application among its clientele without adequate preparations to address technical glitches and erroneous order transmissions. The disparity between the promotion of the mobile application and the absence of a streamlined process to rectify such errors detracts from the overall customer experience. It is imperative for McDonald's to reassess its policies and procedures to accommodate instances of technological malfunction and ensure a seamless resolution process for affected patrons. A notable improvement would be the implementation of a method within the mobile application to transfer orders from one location to another, thereby mitigating inconveniences encountered in situations similar to mine. As a loyal customer, I urge McDonald's to proactively address this deficiency and enhance the functionality of its mobile application to include such transfer capabilities. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
