Best eel sushi I've had ever! The calamari was also very good. tasted really fresh and sat at the bar, so I got to watch the rolls get made in front of me. Would love to come back the next time I'm in California.

Great service and very tasty food. Not just the regular Japanese fare. It was a step above.

This unassuming, smallish restaurant is a gem. I have eaten there twice, and highly recommend the more unusual dishes - agadashi, yakatori and mango panna cotta dessert. They have a long list of wine, beer and saki. Their sushi is good, but not anything special. Service is attentive; they really take care of you. Recommended for lunch and dinner.

Over rated place. I feel misled by the reviews. Food is below average. Poor customer service. The only merit is the restaurant environment. True rating should be a low 3. Not recommended.
