Went to McDonalds on Sunday April 14 around 11:24 am . Ordered meal that came up to $8 . Had a coupon from the McDonald’s app . Provided the cashier (African American man with beard) and manager (older light complexion African American woman with salt and pepper hair with the code and showed them the code from the app . The code didn’t work in their system . They wouldn’t honor the coupon on the franchise app. We waited in line looking for 10 min going back and forth. It was $1 and change off . It’s giving chaotic . Poor customer service. The manager and cashier need coaching .
Busy, well maintained location. Expect a wait... staff working like crazy while 3 managers sit and chat with a lobby full of guests. There were items on the mobile app that they were out of & items that the app said not available that they DID have. So, kind of a hot mess today. Staff were super friendly & polite. The problems today clearly are a management issue. ( 3 stars because of counter staff and cleanliness - otherwise, I would have gone with one star today)
I love this McDonald's. Which is rare to say because 10 years ago I wouldn't even come here. But the staff yall have now really do a great job. I have a weird coffee order and they always accommodate so well. Ms. Judy and her sister on morning shift are great workers and Ms T as well from the evening. As well as many others i havent had the chance to catch their names though Thank you all for the warm pleasantries
