This place use to be number one. Since I been back in the area . These people don’t move with urgency . Bad customers service . The wait be over 10 minutes ….

The store didn't have the order that was paid for online. They were not able to offer us a refund at the place. The store is supposed to be open 24 hours with table service being available as per the app. However, this is bot the case

I don't know what it is with these young, ignorant, Afro Am young women! They have ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! These girls are borderline RUDE! Why must you wear false eyelashes that are entirely too gaudy for Micky D's . What happened! Why is Micky's in full operation... why is it that the ice cream shake machine is NEVER working?!

The service is great and the cheese be melted on the double cheeseburger most of the time. They hella decent.
