THE WORKERS ARE SUPER NASTY AND RUDE AS IF DONT WANT TO WORK. I ORDERED ON A (IPAD) AND THEY SAID IT WAS WRONG AND COULDN'T MAKE ORDER ???? SAID THEY HAD TO REFUND AND WAIT FOR THE OWNER TO REFUND AT A LATER TIME ? GHETTO ! WORKERS ARE GHETTO, PLACE IS GHETTO ! I JUST LEFT OUT ! IVE BEEN TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 8 YRS ! I WILL NEVER BE BACK !

I’ve been a loyal get fruity customer since 2021 sometime. I think they just lost me as a customer today. The Only way I will spend money here again is if I gotta hour to waste

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed a DoorDash order for pickup to be ready at 11:20am, I’m on my lunch break.There’s only one person here and he’s (light skin with locs) complaining about the orders that are being placed on Doordash and he wants them to stop. I asked for a refund and I was inform I had to wait for the manager to return. I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to arrive, to be met with a condescending attitude from him. He tells me to cancel via DoorDash, however, since they told DoorDash my order was started they wouldn’t refund my order. DoorDash tried to call them twice and they wouldn’t answer the phone to agree on my refund. I understand the frustration from the guy fixing the food, however his attitude was completely uncalled for. When I first got there I told him the name of my DoorDash order and he never started it. I was there 45 mins.Yet, he started on orders that were smaller and placed after mine. I’ve never received this type of service here, but they lost a loyal customer. I was late returning back from my lunch break and with my lunch.

I ordered a blackbean wrap trying to eat healthy. It was delicious! The smoothie was delicious too. However, it was a little too sweet to be healthy, but I finished the entire thing. I would return to try something else.

My coworker picked up lunch. Our first time ordering and enjoyed. Ordered online. Glad to know there's healthy places to eat on this side of town!

Old nat location sucks w customer service . That’s why it be dead . Food is regular … the one on Main Street is the best . Won’t be visiting again

My fruit was moldy never going here again please save yourself the trouble

My staff and I received the worse customer service I have ever experienced from this location. We placed lunch orders for delivery and all of the food was not delivered. Upon contacting the establishment to report the error, we were told by an employee who claimed her name was Ali, that no, they would not deliver our food and we would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and this same employee stated he wasn't in and claimed his name was Aif (another made up name probably). I asked her if she really thought we were going to wait 7-10 days when we placed the order and paid for it and they broke the contract by not delivering our food? She then said they could re-fix the order and we could pick it up but she would have to call another manager to get approval. I told her that was fine. We didn't mind coming to pick up. She stated she would call me back. Ten minutes later I call and the phone was busy for an additional 15 minutes. Do not waste your time or money at this place!

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing and the food and smoothies were exceptional!!!! Can't wait for my next go round.
