I see you don’t need too meet any requirements to work in this mf you people can’t even listen and follow simple instructions

Employees needs better training. They really have no understanding of what good customer service is. Please train your employees. I'm sure they will interact better with customers, if they are properly trained.

This is the way that McDonald’s on 87th St. serves up their hamburgers. Never in my NATURAL LIFE have I ever seen ketchup…on TOP of the bun? I’ve seen no ketchup, I’ve seen no mustard, I’ve seen no pickles, I’ve seen no onions, I’ve even seen a MEDIUM RARE hamburger at one time (and have pics to prove it), but never in my natural life have I EVER seen a hamburger with ketchup on TOP of the bun! This is the ‘No Love Burger’… $15 an hour, INDEED.

By far one of the worst McDonalds. I normally refuse to stop here because food is never made right… Why am I drinking a “ caramel water frappe” because that’s exactly what it taste like. and they always pick the person who is the least friendly/ welcoming to be on the speaker. It’s like they have a meeting in the morning to see whose attitude is the most fuk’d up and they win the job of being on the head set. I only stopped here today because i really didn’t feel like going out of the way and just wanted to get home. But will never stop at this one again.

There is no way it should take over 20 minutes to get a 6pc chicken nugget. When I finally get to the drive through window, the person is busy preparing drinks while I can see my bag sitting there. It would have taken less than 15seconds to hand me my food, to move me along. When the person finally looks my way, grabs my food it couldn't have been a less sincere hand-off.
