Had no problems, chicken was delicious and hot used the drive thru

Ashanti (hope I spelled it right) is the best!

This is the only fast food place I’ve ever tried multiple times and they’ve been dissatisfying each time. They have 1 drive thru lane, and when there is a line of more than one vehicle, expect to wait longer than you would believe. Today, for example, 1 vehicle ahead of me in line, it was over 10 minutes before they had taken their order. Then I was waiting at the spot to give my order but no one asked for another 10+ minutes before taking my order. After trying them a dozen different times, it’s proved to me no one should go there. No matter the time of day or what I’m ordering, they’re always out of chicken. Who’s ever heard of a chicken restaurant running out of CHICKEN all the time? Today, I was going to order wings and a couple chicken sandwiches. I was told no sandwiches, they’re out of chicken. Then I asked for nuggets since that seemed easy enough, but they said they’re out of that chicken too! Then the person taking the order tells me basically they only have wings and tenders left, and I’d have to wait for the wings 15 minutes. To be perfectly clear, this place made me wait 20+ minutes to take my order, then waste my time trying to order when they have almost nothing and waste even more time, then I have to wait another 15 minutes so a “fast food” restaurant can make it. It was around 6:30 pm when this happened. There was no dinner rush anymore. Only 1 car ahead of mine. And no wonder when they have nothing. Be clear this is not a one-off with them. I live close by and have tried it multiple times, just to give them another chance, over the last few years, and it’s gotten even worse each time.
