Online says open at 6am. I showed up at 630am and not a light on or anyone there. Usually long lines at this location but service is good.

Clean place with great tasting coffee! Parking: Easy place to park!

Clean facility and honest staff

Terrible place to order, they have bad customer service AND will 80% of the time mess up your order and give you attitude when you ask them to correct it. This Starbucks also has some of the nastiest bathrooms, and has been robbed 2x. You’re better off driving to the other one in Hammond to tay safe…

I ordered a medicine ball they started they didn’t have the tea to make it. I asked which one don’t they have she stated the peach. I was like ok can I still have it with just the jade tea and she rudely said are talking as I was trying to order the tea still. Not sure why she had to be so rude while was just asking them to make the tea without the peach tea. I don’t usually go to this Starbucks and the one in Portage is always so nice. Not sure why they had to be rude today.

Only giving 2 stars because at least my tea turned out ok. Twice I have ordered drinks from this location that taste NOTHING like it should. 1st time was a caramel latte that didn't taste like it had any caramel at all. This time a pistachio latte with the same issue. Just tastes like a plain latte, no pistachio flavor at all. I don't know if they're not properly trained to make the drinks at this location or if they just don't care. Not the typical Starbucks deliciousness that I'm used to.
