McDonald's

The worst. Waited 5 minutes in the drive through line as the ONLY person in line. Once I finally ordered, I was immediately sent to the drive through parking. Slow, bad customer service, just not a good experience.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for 10+ years. They got my order wrong and didn’t give me fries and when I asked for it the pink haired guy taking my order says I will have to wait 30 minutes to get my fries. Atleast know who your regular customers are and don’t insult them Currently employing the absolute worst

The food was fresh which was really nice!

Busy place, good service

This McDonald’s is the best location for great customer service and fresh food when asked. However, last night I did ask for fresh fries and when I got home they were very stale. I didn’t let that take away from the fact that these workers are amazingly kind! Stay away from the McDonald’s on Holcomb bridge by Waffle House and family dollar !

I needed help with my app because it brought me to the wrong location. I asked the manager to fix that like it says in the app to do. And the manager who doesn’t speak English told me to check MY WiFi. Pitiful

Drive thru is usually pretty quick. Food is same quality as any other McDonalds. Its hit or miss if it's hot/freah with food temp.
