Chipotle Mexican Grill

Can one go wrong with Chipotle!? I would say no . Always tasty and filling. Vegetarian options: Practically the entire menu is vegetarian and you can just add meat

i was so excited for a chipotle this close to my house, but i usually go out further to get some, when i do. i just feel like im making the queue too long for someone else in my area who needs it x3 no matter what time of the day, there always seems to be a bit of a wait, here.

Food was too rich.

This chipotle is the worst!!!!!! I have been there multiple times, orders have been wrong and late consistently. This last time I went they were so behind with the schedule, food was everywhere on the counter and very sloppy, workers are using the same gloves to handle food, touch the register and adjust their clothing, totally disgusting and horrible service. I won’t be going back.

We placed a Chipotlane order through the app and were told the ETA was 7 minutes. Turns out they got a ton of online orders and were really backed up. Understandable - but there was no communication about this, and when we went inside to ask about it, we were rudely told there was a "policy" that only one person could handle the online orders between 5:30-7:30, despite the inside line being much less backed up. They refused to do anything to help us, and the order with a 7-minute ETA wound up taking nearly an hour to be filled. There are other Chipotles in the area - we won't be returning to this one.

I don't know what kind of management they're using, but it's a total fail. Waited over 45 minutes for a call in order. Get it together, Chipotle.
